We will be starting up our spring walking group over the next couple of weeks in the Toronto core. As a group we will plan where to walk, when and how often! Everyone is welcome. Our goal is to support and encourage one-another. A strong emphasis will be placed on ones overall mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. Smile, laugh, meet new friends and lets get physically fit! The rest will follow!
