Tai Chi
David Morrow, experienced Meditation Practitioner, will be running a Love and Kindness Meditation on Monday evenings on October 17th and October 24th from 8-9pm. Simon will be back with Tai Chi on October 31st.
Calm your mind, and treat your body to a gentle, relaxing workout
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance that strengthen and condition the body, increasing range of motion and making it less prone to injury. The constant weight shifts train balance and body awareness, leading to confident ease of movement within the form and in everyday life. Tai Chi is a physical exercise that focuses the mind, while conditioning the body.
