Swimming


 

 Swimming is the ultimate pain-relieving exercise 

Our swimming group is an informal chance to meet with other Mind Body and Soul members for an invigorating swim at the local community pool (The Wave Pool).

Swimming can help a number of things like aches, pains, operations, osteoarthritis and other ailments. Low-impact swimming and aqua therapy have proven to be blessings for those needing relief (some of us have been dealing with these pains for years).

We swim together to relieve pain, provide mutual support through conversations, and to relieve stress and anxiety, leaving us all feeling revitalised, relaxed and healthy.

Join us for chatting, stretching, sauna, hot tub, swimming – and just having fun!

No membership or registration required (pay only the $3.75 pool entrance fee)

This is not a formal event, but a casually organized group of people who swim together. If you would like to make sure there will be others from MBS at the swimming pool, please call Dean Colford ahead of time to ensure that others will be attending, and to arrange a spot to meet if it is your first time.
