Self Defence for Women
In this Martial Arts class for women, you can increase your self-confidence, help with focus and concentration, reduce stress and anxiety and increase physical activity. So join us for an hour of learning and fun. You will love every minute of it !!!!!!

nstructor: Frances Notarianni-Boyce has been training in the Martial Arts for over 15 years as both a student and instructor. Frances has been on 4 Canadian National Karate Teams and has competed in numerous tournaments around the world, including Mexico, Las Vegas and Vancouver. She trains at Bushido Kai with her husband, Sensei Jeff Boyce. Frances has instructed men, women and children of all ages over the years and her love of Martial Arts is apparent in her teaching as her approach is fun and educational. She enjoys helping people realize their full potential.
