Breaking Bread

Support Group for male survivors of sexual abuse

Support for male survivors of sexual abuse

Breaking Bread is a way for men who have experienced sexual abuse to come together in a safe, non-judgemental environment and learn about themselves, share with one another, build confidence and self-esteem, and create meaningfulness in both their lives and their relationships. We are a dedicated group, here to listen to concerns and anxiety about things you may have been harbouring. This can include things in your past, problems you’re going through now, or anything that may be causing you apprehension and worry. In this group we will help you gain direction and focus, while bringing more purpose to your life. We will look at ways to manage your stress, anxiety and emotions, and speak about the things that make up who we are, our emotions and spirit, in an honest, genuine way.
