Want to relieve some stress? Or perhaps looking to resolve some past, current or ongoing issues? Needing support, mentally, emotionally and/or spiritually? Maybe you just want to relax and enjoy the process!
Art Therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. Using imagery, colour, and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings may be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate.
When: Thursdays, 8:00 – 9:30 pm
Where: Mind Body and Soul Head Office – 10132 Yonge Street, Suite 201, Richmond Hill, ON, L4C 1T6 (Yonge and Arnold – NW Corner – Upstairs – parking off Arnold)
