Dean Colford, President of MBS

Dear friends and community members,

I sincerely want to thank everyone who has stood by me during this very difficult time. You may or may not be aware that I had a total right hip replacement not too long ago. Prior to that, I was in a great deal of pain and just being at the centre was a monumental effort due to the fact that I was unable to walk. Over the last month or so, I had been recovering slowly and attending rehab daily and I hope to be back as soon as possible. A special thank-you to all those dedicated volunteers, facilitators, and members that have been running Mind Body and Soul on a day to day basis. Without this joint effort, it would not have been possible to continue with MBS. A special thanks to Susan for her dedication and courage during this difficult time. I will be blogging from now on a regular basis and would welcome the company. I’d like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Sincerely, Dean.

P.S. We are in need of facilitators and volunteers. If you are in a position to do so, please contact me at deanjcolford@live.ca.
